In the framework of a change of stockholders at Brussels Airport Company, the Regulatory Body issued on 13rd November 2019 a decision confirming the automatic renewal of the operating licence of Brussels Airport. This decision can be found here (in French only).

On 5 April 2019, the Regulatory Body issued a decision on a number of complaints received about Brussels Airport Company’s compliance with the conditions of use of the airport. The Regulatory Service has no power to process those complaints and thus declared them inadmissible. (Available in French only).
