The Regulatory Body is organizing a public consultation until September, 15th 2021 on the reasonable time limit within which requests from railway undertakings for access to and supply of services in service facilities must be answered. A draft decision is submitted for consultation, in which the Regulatory Body has already determined indicatively the reasonable time limit. Interested parties have the opportunity to submit written comments to this draft decision within the consultation period.
