On Novembre the 29 2024, the Regulatory Body received a notification from the “Arriva Personenvervoer Nederland B.V.” for a new passenger transport service for the Groningen/Paris-Nord and Paris-Nord/Groningen routes. This notification relates to access to the Belgian railway network. No request for economic equilibrium test was submitted. Arriva may also use capacity requested in the regular timetable from June 1, 2026.
