On 26 August 2024, the Regulatory Body for Railway Transport and Brussels Airport Operations issued a decision within the framework of the ex-officio investigation to the ‘Description of the service facility’ of Liège Logistics Intermodal. The purpose of this ex-officio investigation was to verify that LLI, in particular through the description of its service facility and its access tariff, complied with the requirements of the legislation in force.
