On 29 April 2024, the Regulatory Service for Railway Transport and for Brussels Airport Operations issued a decision within the framework of the ex-officio investigation to Lineas’ ‘General Terms and Conditions of the provision of Neutral Hill services in Antwerp-North. The purpose of this ex-officio investigation was to verify whether the provisions contained in the reference document comply with prevailing legislation.
This ex-officio investigation focused solely on the non-tariff information. The tariffs form the subject of a separate investigation.
