On 31 March 2021, the Regulatory Body issued its decision D-2021-01-C following an audit on « Reference document – Access to passenger stations » from the NMBS.
The Regulatory Body has decided that, as it stands, the « Reference Access Document – Access to Passenger Stations » 2021 must be adapted regarding the access to stations and the use of rail-related services by railway undertakings. The decision can be consulted here (French only)
